1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our services, we may collect:

• Contact information, including your name, mobile phone number, email address, state, and ZIP code.
• Life insurance inquiry information, including your age or date of birth, coverage preferences, tobacco status, and health-related answers you choose to provide.
• Communication records, including messages, replies, inquiry status, and communication preferences.
• Consent records, including your SMS opt-in selection, the disclosure presented when you consented, and the date, time, and source of your consent.
• Website information, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies, where used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, help you explore life insurance options, arrange conversations with representatives acting on QTC's behalf, and send communications you have authorized. We may follow up to ask whether you remain interested in coverage.

We also use information to document consent, honor communication preferences and opt-out requests, operate and improve our services, protect against fraud and unauthorized access, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

QTC is not an insurance carrier. Coverage eligibility, premiums, and policy terms are determined by the applicable insurance carrier.

3. SMS Messaging Program and Consent

By affirmatively selecting the optional, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox at qtclife.com/apply, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from QTC — Quote to Close, operated by TRIONFO LLC, at the mobile number you provide, about your life insurance inquiry.

Messages may ask whether you remain interested in coverage, offer assistance with life insurance options, or invite you to schedule a conversation. Follow-ups may occur approximately 30 days after your inquiry.

Providing your phone number, submitting an inquiry, or accepting our general Terms of Service does not by itself enroll you in automated marketing texts. SMS consent is separate and optional. You may submit your inquiry without selecting the SMS checkbox. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Messages identify QTC as the sender. Representatives may communicate on QTC's behalf, but your consent does not authorize independent businesses to send their own marketing texts.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also email qtclose@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

TRIONFO LLC, operating as QTC — Quote to Close, does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not transfer SMS consent to independent insurance agents, agencies, carriers, lead buyers, or marketing partners for their own messaging programs.

We may provide mobile information and related records to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver QTC's messaging services on our behalf. Those providers are not authorized to use this information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Any general information-sharing language in this policy or our other disclosures excludes mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent data from sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Other Limited Disclosures

Subject to Section 4, we may disclose information to service providers performing necessary functions on our behalf, including website hosting, data storage, customer support, and communications delivery. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or as reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect the rights, property, or safety of QTC, its users, or others.

These disclosures do not authorize recipients to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Your Messaging Choices

You may unsubscribe from QTC's SMS program at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we will stop further program messages, except for a single message confirming your unsubscribe request. We also honor other clear requests to stop texting.

When a follow-up asks whether you remain interested, YES indicates that you wish to continue discussing your inquiry with QTC. NO indicates that you are not interested and ends that follow-up sequence. If your response also communicates a request to stop texting, we will treat it as an opt-out. STOPunsubscribes you from QTC's SMS program.

A YES response does not authorize selling or transferring your information or messaging consent to another business.

7. Cookies and Website Technologies

Where used, cookies and similar technologies help operate our website and understand how visitors use it. You may manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.

8. Retention and Security

11. Policy Updates

A policy update does not itself expand an existing SMS consent or enroll someone who has not opted in.
