1. What QTC Does

QTC operates a quote and matching platform that helps consumers explore life insurance options and connect with licensed insurance professionals.

QTC is not an insurance carrier. We do not issue insurance policies, approve or deny insurance applications, make underwriting decisions, set insurance premiums, or guarantee any policy, benefit, quote, rate, eligibility determination, or coverage amount.

Any matching or assistance provided through QTC is subject to the privacy and communication restrictions described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. No Insurance, Legal, Financial, Tax, or Medical Advice

Information provided through QTC is for general informational and matching purposes only. QTC does not provide insurance, legal, financial, tax, medical, or underwriting advice.

You should review insurance options with a licensed insurance professional or the applicable insurance carrier before making a decision. Consult an appropriate qualified professional for legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote, premium, price, coverage estimate, or rate displayed through QTC is an estimate only.

Final rates, eligibility, and approval decisions may vary based on age, location, health history, prescription history, tobacco use, underwriting requirements, carrier rules, product availability, application answers, and other relevant factors.

QTC does not guarantee that you will qualify for an insurance product or that a final quote will match an estimate displayed through our services.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage or Approval

Submitting an inquiry or completing a form through QTC does not guarantee coverage, approval, or any specific rate or benefit.

Insurance policies are issued by licensed insurance carriers, subject to their approval, policy terms, and applicable law. Submitting a QTC inquiry does not establish insurance coverage.

5. Inquiries and Communications

When you submit an inquiry, QTC may respond to your request and help arrange a conversation with a licensed insurance professional, subject to your communication preferences and applicable consent requirements.

Submitting an inquiry or accepting these Terms does not grant independent agents, agencies, carriers, partners, or other businesses permission to use your mobile phone number or SMS consent for their own marketing text messages.

Representatives communicating on QTC's behalf must do so within the scope of your inquiry, your communication permissions, and QTC's privacy restrictions.

6. SMS Messaging Program

If you affirmatively select the separate, optional, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox at qtclife.com/apply, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from QTC at the mobile number you provide about your life insurance inquiry.

Messages may:

• Ask whether you remain interested in life insurance coverage.
• Offer assistance with life insurance options.
• Invite you to schedule a conversation.
• Follow up on your inquiry, including approximately 30 days after submission.

Messages identify QTC as the sender. A message may identify a representative acting on QTC's behalf, but this does not authorize that representative or an independent business to use your information for a separate marketing program.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may submit your inquiry without selecting the SMS checkbox. Accepting the general Terms of Service does not select or replace SMS consent.

To unsubscribe: Reply STOP. After you opt out, we will stop further program messages, except for a single message confirming your unsubscribe request. We also honor other clear requests to stop texting.

When a follow-up asks whether you remain interested:

• YES indicates that you wish to continue discussing your inquiry with QTC.
• NO indicates that you are not interested and ends that follow-up sequence. If your response also communicates a request to stop texting, we will treat it as an opt-out.
• STOP unsubscribes you from QTC's SMS program.

A YES response does not authorize selling or transferring your information or messaging consent to another business.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

TRIONFO LLC, operating as QTC — Quote to Close, does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not transfer SMS consent to independent insurance agents, agencies, carriers, lead buyers, marketing partners, or other businesses for their own messaging programs.

We may provide mobile information and related records to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver QTC's messaging services on our behalf. These providers are not authorized to use this information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Other limited disclosures, including disclosures required by law, are described in our Privacy Policy. Those disclosures do not authorize recipients to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing.

References elsewhere in these Terms to matching, representatives, service providers, or third parties do not override these restrictions.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit information only for yourself or with appropriate authorization.

You must not submit false or fraudulent information, another person's information without permission, spam, or material intended to interfere with QTC's services.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address you provide.

9. Third-Party Insurance Professionals and Carriers

QTC may help you connect with licensed insurance professionals or carriers. These connections do not grant independent businesses permission to use your mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing.

Third-party insurance professionals and carriers are responsible for their own advice, recommendations, products, services, underwriting, and coverage decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, QTC is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any insurance application, policy, premium payment, coverage decision, or claim is governed by your arrangements with the applicable insurance professional or carrier.

10. No Endorsement or Guarantee

A connection through QTC does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a particular agent, agency, carrier, policy, product, or service.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms, exclusions, limitations, costs, and other details of any application, policy, or contract before purchasing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QTC, TRIONFO LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of QTC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QTC's total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid directly to QTC for the service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. No Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, QTC provides its website, forms, quote tools, matching services, and related communications on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

QTC does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, accurate, complete, or available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QTC, TRIONFO LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the services, submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain, protect, and disclose personal information, as well as your privacy and messaging choices.

SMS enrollment requires the separate affirmative consent described in Section 6. Neither acceptance of these Terms nor acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy substitutes for SMS consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at qtclife.com/terms-and-conditions with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

Your continued use of our services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

A change to these Terms does not itself enroll you in SMS messaging, expand an existing SMS consent, or authorize another business to send marketing texts.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, QTC, or TRIONFO LLC shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits protections or rights that apply to you under mandatory law.
